I liked the upgraded rooms and nice TV. The room was clean and tidy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel was a very nice location to the venue we were traveling to attend. The only complaint that I have is that the heating and air unit needs to be ungraded as well. It was noisy and didn't heat that well. However overall a comfortable and clean place to stay for my visit Statesboro GA.

We booked this hotel for parents weekend mainly for the low price. The rooms have been renovated with modern and minimal furnishings. The towels and linens were severely stained. The heat and air unit went out on night one; the tv went caput on day 2 and we ended up moving rooms.

This hotel was disgusting. The toilet was streaked. The towels were yellow. The bed sheets had brown stains inside the bedding. We were promised new sheets but needed up leaving because the overall quality was so bad.

I wasn't looking for the Hilton - just clean sheets and towels. First room was terrible. Stains on sheets, pillows, etc. Dirty towels. Hair in multiple places. I took pictures. Front desk apologized and changed our room, and the second was better, but not by much. I never write reviews, really, but this one was needed. Would NEVER stay here again.

Stayed there before it was 5yrs ago no problem. Now one bed had stains, there was constant noise outside of roomdoor, car doors slamming horns blowing, people gathering in front of door. I didn't even want to go outside, had to look outside to see if car was still there that's how it made me feel.

5/10. The staff were nice!! I just wish the room and towels were cleaner. The website pictures fooled me. The towels were dingy and stained. We had to kill a handle of bugs. The faucet was stained. The bathroom shower curtain has stains. The notepad had stains on it from previous guest. If these matters were handled before our stay, it would had been a nice room.

Upon arrival, my initial room had a strong sewage odor, and the sheets and pillows were visibly dirty. The bathtub also had red stains. I was relocated to another room, but the door was broken, requiring me to place a chair in front of it for security. Additionally, the sheets, pillows, and washcloths in this room were also unclean. They need to shut this place down ASAP!!

Disappointed

The bedding & furniture were new, nice, & clean. The bathroom was another story. The sink was smashed and stained. The shower curtain had mold or mildew on the bottom 18 inches. We could not get the exterior door to latch closed without the extra security bar & lock from the inside. That meant we couldn’t go get the pitiful breakfast before packing up to leave.

This property should be removed from Wyndham as nothing about the property represents the brand. Room was nasty as heck, bedding was filthy, floors and tub nasty. Phone and television didn't work. People living in rooms. They had a room with just junk and filth in it that you could see through the window. They are a disgrace to The Wyndham name and people chose the rooms based on the experience they have with Wyndham. Horrible on all levels
