Nice overall, but thin walls/a little too noisy

We enjoyed this particular location overall. It was a good location, it was neat and clean, and it had a good breakfast. However, compared to most hotels, this place has really thin walls that are not well suited for a quiet night. I woke up multiple times during the night because I could hear people in the hallway passing by or talking— most places are built in a way that it’s not too disturbing, but this place felt noisy.

Room had a bad smell and washroom was not clean. We stayed at this hotel in the past and were satisfied. Not sure what happened during this stay but are room looked run down, smelly and not well maintained.

In room refrigerator was dirty with an unknown brown liquid substance on top shelf rack and left side wall. Large dead bug previously squashed and smeared on back of the bathroom door where you would hang your shower towel... So you can't. The housekeeping Tip QR code placard was clean and centered in the middle of the desk.

Internet was poor, signal strength not strong enough. Bed was comfortable and the room was what you would expect. Food options at breakfast were the same everyday for the 7 days I stayed. Changing it up a bit would be nice. Restaurants very close by for dinner options.

By the way, Susan had nothing to do with this reservation or payment . . . fix your records.
