Bad maintenance
Bluesotel Krabi was quite a disappointment. The main issue with this hotel is the lack of maintenance. Our room had several damages, and I didn’t like its layout, especially the bathroom. The sink was blocked, the water pressure was too low, and the door was poorly designed—it bounced when closing and even hit me a few times.
Breakfast was another letdown, with very little variety and bad coffee.
On the positive side, the pools were great, especially the rooftop one, and the bar cocktails were enjoyable. They also have a happy hour twice a day, which was a nice touch. The staff was very kind and helpful, which slightly improved the overall experience.
Unfortunately, given the maintenance issues, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
