The space was everything we needed away from home. We had the option to cook and the ability to wash clothes for our extended stay in Lisbon.

Location was convenient for public transport. Inside property was nice clean modern but narrow steep staircase and poorly lighting. External entrance poorly lit can't see digital pad.signs wasn't visible.

We really enjoyed the visit. Very central located, you can walk anywhere. The only negative thing was that our friend got stuck in the elevator, and that the cleaning staff accidentally took my private towel and I dit not get it back. Would although recommend the stay :)

Perfect for a group of 4.

Brand new, very clean, extremely safe. A lot of café, food and bar options on the same couple blocks. Key pad is simple to operate and the cleaning staff is lovely. Wish I had more than one night in this spot. My room (41A) had 2 very small(but cute and operational) balconies.

Concenient and central location, nice restaurants nearby. We were family of three and living room is pretty small, so when sofa bed was open, it was really packed. But modern, clean and quiete apartment with everything you need for your city break.

The hotel is close to Time Market and many restaurants. The check in system is easy, you basically check in via a kiosk. Read the email that the hotel sends you so that you know the check in process upon arrival. The check out process is quick and easy.

The apartment was clean and close to attractions. It had a smell coming from the shower but I contacted property and they provided air freshener the nest day. We covered the shower floor drain with a towel and left windows open a crack during the day and that solved the problem.

This flat takes “sparse” to a whole level. Furnishings are a few levels below IKEA quality. We did greatly appreciate fresh towels provided daily. If you just want a place to sleep and shower, it is adequate.

Easy self check in which was communicated well. Very clean and comfortable. In a nice location between lots of local sites. Theu clean the room day which was nice. My only complaint was the address provided was inaccurate. Luckily the actual address was just down the road so it wasnt mich of an issue.

Unique: it was in the center of Santos, nicely decorated and clean. What I missed, was someone at the reception whom you can ask for advice or whatever. There’s no reception. You check in digitally.

Not as expected at all. 1. Upon checking in, we were surprised to learn we were in a different building than the one we had booked. The unit we received also looked drastically different (smaller, less well-lit, etc) than on the website when we booked. 2. The apartment was not accessible (as advertised). 3. The apartment overall was quite clean, although there was a strange smell which did not subside the entire time we were there. 4. When we first arrived, the bathroom sink was clogged and the safe was locked (but this was later fixed). 5. The concierge did not pick up the black phone in the apartment building (even though it is supposed to be 24 hours). When we called the number, the representative told us to send an email and then hung up when I was in the middle of asking another question. 6. A minor thing, but dishwashing is not included, despite it being a "serviced" apartment. We had a nice trip overall, but this apartment was definitely not as expected or advertised.

Disappointing

First impression was the terrible smell of sewage. Lift tiny but at least it worked. Room was like sleeping in a corridor. Bed just a standard double, against a wall so had to clamber in and out. Strangest thing was the bathroom: No door, and the toilet and shower partitions were glass and not up to the ceiling. Ok on your own but a little too real as a couple!

Needed to know that we could not access our room 30B from the front door, needed to walk down a dark ally to find the back door, no lights, needed a different entry pass. Very inconvenient and scary.

Perfect from start to finish. Check in online was clear. No parking but a nearby private car park for 26€ per day, secured 24h so perfect if rented a car. The flat was very clean except some stains in some bedsheet but no big deal we had some other ones. Cleaning was done everyday. The flat looks like a 4 stars hotel room. All kitchen appliances were Bosch for instance. High standard. Very good pizzeria just in front of the building and 10 minutes walk from the river and tram/bus lines towards Belem or Alfama. No reception but the system of pin codes worked well enough. Will come back.

Location wasn't bad, walkable towards Time Out and Ascensor Bica, Green street & cute little restaurants and coffee shops. Communication was terrible, we did not receive any email regarding access code causing distress whilst we were on the road. Fortunately, we rang the doorbell, virtually checked in. Nothing was noted that we were in the wrong building, we had to go out and go around the block and enter that building instead. Another negative is that once you open your apartment door, the sewer smell reeks. Once you get out its quite fine, just don't stay long in the hallway/elevator area. Otherwise, this is a good apartment. Although we didn't use the washer, it is an excellent thing to have when traveling. The cleaners are awesome, our place was always neat and tidy.

Basic stay, bad ordor, good location

Location: Great location. On a quiet street a few blocks from the Time Out Market and waterfront. 20-40 minutes walk to shopping and the Alfama. As female travelers, we felt very safe. Check in: We had a few issues, but there is a phone and wifi available in the lobby to contact on-call support, or you can check in ahead of time (recommended). Email communication ahead of time was clear and helpful. The apartment: The apartment had a horrid odor that smelled like sewage mixed with fabreze. The beds were extremely firm and the pillows gave no cushion or support. There were no extra blankets or pillows. The description stated there would be a balcony, but there was only a door in the bathroom that led to a dirty concrete courtyard with no furnishings or view. The kitchen and bathroom contained the basics needed for a brief stay. Hot water only lasted about 15 minutes, so wash quickly or space out bathroom usage. Daily cleaning and towel/ linen refreshments available. The wifi worked very well. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom didn't work, but the space was small enough that the living room unit kept the entire flat cool. Overall, a good landing spot for a brief trip at a good price, but not comfortable enough for a long stay.

The property was great and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is in a really good location to explore the city from and as two female travellers we felt safe in the area. Only had a slight issue with the smell from time to time which I think was down to the drains) Great properly! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again, thank you
