Disappointed
I traveled to the Bills/Chiefs game, solo. I booked a smoke-free room. Upon entry into my room, the smoke smell was overpowering. I went to the front office and the agent double-checked that my room was to be smoke-free. It was confirmed and I was handed a bottle of air freshener. Needless to say, I would not recommend and won't be back.

Good for a quick trip
This hotel was good for a quick trip, it is very outdated but I do believe they are in the process of remodeling, the only thing I cared about that it was clean and in a good area and it did provide both of those. They were very nice at the front desk, not sure about the breakfast we left very early. Oh and the pool and hot tub are not in working condition, but again I think they are working on things.

My stay at Days Inn Wyndham in Boonville.
The room was very nice with all the amenities of a mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer. The continental breakfast was okay. The personnel at the counter were very friendly and helpful. However, the toilet seat was not designed for the toilet in use--although it was workable. The room was much too hot when I checked in---it was 85 degrees and I couldn't get it as cool as I would have liked for sleeping. The biggest problem for me was that the hotel had no luggage cart and I had many items to carry in. I had to go down 6 stairs to the corridor to my room. There were no elevators.

Changed check in time
I never checked in. Hotel changed check in time by an hour that day. I had important meeting i needed to clean up for. Clerk could not have been more uncaring I went to another hotel

Beds and pillows were comfortable. First room i stayed in the shower curtain was dirty and stained on the bottom, bedside wall light didn't work because the plug was cut off. Pulled the night stand out and it was dirty underneath it. Floor under the bed was a little dirty and needed cleaning. This was room 333. Second time I stayed at the motel in a different room everything was nice and clean. No dirt or crumbs on the floor.. behind the night stand was clean. In my own opinion the tvs need to be a little bigger

Poor experience
Bathroom had what looked like black mold growing above the shower head. Lady across the hall had cats. The cat litter needed cleaned so bad you could smell it in the room i was in. The person staying in the next room was up all night gaming and screaming very loud at the game, all night long. Also not enough pillows on the bed for 2 people every time ive stayed there. Ive stayed there a few times before that were good. This was just terrible this time around.
