I almost always used to stay in this hotel every time I go to brasil but this was my last . I had to change my ticket from one day to another , I ask the staff to help me calling Avianca , they said they tried but they did try enough ... and ask them so I have to stay here because you could not get in touch with the airline ? And the answer was YES ! But my friend that lives in São Paulo made the call for me and she COULD get in touch ... The main thing is the CLIENT SERVICE ... was awful I was in an hurry and they having everything to solve just didn’t .

Dated rooms good neighborhood
Very dated and old rooms feels a bit depressing needs a facelift badly. The front desk staff though were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was so-so. This is more like a 3-star boutique hotel than 4,5 or 5 stars.

Quiet, luxury in the hectic area of Ave. Paulista. Guest rooms, hall areas are elegant. Have mimosa and a espresso con Laite. It's on the house if your breakfast is included.
