Everything was very nice, I’m staying here for the third time and would definitely stay in the future and recommend this property. But the floor in the room and plates in the kitchen could be cleaner.

Great property. Very comfortable rooms. The only issue is they need to do a far better job of informing you that nothing is open before 3pm.no bag drop. Nothing. It makes for an awkward first day lagging your bags around the city

Great location, room and layout. Very clean. Downside: was charged 10.50 Euros unexpected extra charges. They wouldn't budge despite me showing booking stated 'inclusive of taxes and fees'.

Wonderful studio’s, plenty spacious and great location. Only minuses were tv that wasn’t working ( didn’t need it but it’s nice knowing it’s available) and bed which is actually a sofa. So for heavier / bigger people or those staying long term it might be an issue. Overal very good

Getaway Studios Gent was the perfect place the stay! It is right next door to the downtown area where everything is, so walking is a breeze. There is very limited parking in Gent and the main parking garage (400+ spaces) for the area is across the street from Getaway, which made it SO easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was safe and secure. The lady who checked up in was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

They asked me to pay in advance because I was arriving after business hours , which is fine. However the payment was painful, for some reason they said they could not charge it to my credit card via hotels.com. Then they hay to send me a link to pay though their website that was not arriving because they had apparently received an email address from hotels.com that was not mine???. After exchanging about 5 emails and phone calls I managed to pay. The property was good but they really need to simplify the payment methods, I don’t want to spend a lot of time communicating to their stuff for something that should be fast.

Loved loved loved this place. The whole building is beautiful and the room was perfect, huge and with everything you could want for. Wonderful receptionist. And right in the middle of Ghent. Would totally come back again.

Everything was great, clean, peaceful and comfortable. The only negative thing is that there is no airconditioning

The room was spacious, and it was very clean as well. There was free coffee (instant coffee). We had also ritual soap,shampoo and douchegel. You can cook some dishes but not everything. It was good for a short stay, but we stayed 9 nights.
