Love this place!
This is the first time staying here and I absolutely loved this place. Julie, the manager was wonderful. Anytime I had a question she was quick to respond and very helpful throughout my trip. Very pleasant. The room was very spacious. Full size fridge, microwave, lots of closet space and very comfortable. Staff is friendly. Security guard outside is always nice. Fantastic snorkeling right outside the condos and lovely pool. Everything was clean. I will 100% be back. Location is close enough to town but enough away to have peace and quiet. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Enjoyed my stay!
Spacious room, lovely views. Beautiful water and friendly staff. Maybe not the easiest water entry for someone with limited mobility. Close to town and restaurants, 10-15 minute easy walk.

Everything we could have asked for and more. Perfect apartment for 2-3 people, cleaned regularly. Pool and grounds kept in excellent condition. Right on the sea, with two sets of steps leading directly into the water for easy snorkeling. The manager, Julie, gave us great restaurant recommendations and was very helpful in every way. Just outside of town, but an easy walk or cab ride to do everything we wanted to do. We will definitely return!

Cozumel Stay
Staff was great, very helpful. We stayed on the bottom floor. Rooms were musky and had water damaged walls. The “rainfall shower” was too short for me to stand under, and I’m only 5’6. Outside space of the property was very nice. Updated pics required on hotels.com

Did not like getting switched from one room to another the next day!! Who does that? The new guest should of got the empty room and us stay put on our first room.

Great location on the water and close to town. Could be about as good as it gets. But how does Orbitz or Suites Turquesa advertise something and charge you for something that isnt true. The pool was not functioning during our stay. It was a big reason for our decision to stay. Huge bit of false advertising. No communication at any time this would be the case. Wouldnt have stayed had we known that. Also constructiin and hammering directly outside our door at 9am. Sorry gang, you really blew this stay.

Son suites viejas, les falta matenimiento, no es facil conseguir taxi ya que no es un hotel no hay suficientes camastros francamente no regreso ahi. Ademas muy caro para lo malo que esta.

Amazing location - away from the downtown noise yet still walkable. Private beach with incredible snorkeling right off the property. The staff are courteous and efficient. Couldn't ask for more.
