My priority was safety. This hotel is in a safe location. I always stay at the Courtyard because the services (front desk, cleanliness, laundry, restaurant…etc) is the best.

On our second night there was an event held at the hotel and the techno music went until 1:15 AM. Which kept us awake

I have enjoyed previous stays at various Marriot hotels but this experience was not pleasant. My wife and I stayed for one night just for some alone time. The morning of check out about 9:30-45 while my wife and I were being intimate someone from housekeeping opened our room door unannounced. They slipped in and out quickly. We notified the front desk and asked to speak to management. We were told no managers were on duty and we’d be contacted later that day. While we were preparing to leave the housekeeper came back twice. The first time she knocked and after we answered she left. The second time she knocked and started entering the room until my wife stood in the doorway and scolded her for continually interrupting us. My wife reminded her that check out was at twelve and it wasn’t that time yet. All this said we had to constantly call the hotel because no one contacted us. My wife finally spoke to someone after two weeks of our stay. We are very disappointed with this particular hotel.

It’s the closest Marriott to my brother, but also a nice hotel to stay at. My family have been here many times in the past and will continue to stay here in the future.

Not Marriott Standards
Frustrated: always stayed at Marriott never a poor experience until this one. Started with a noted request for feather free then when I called to confirm I was told that they saw the note but I didn’t call during the day to ensure it was done so it was an issue due to my late arrival and they could not fully accommodate my request. To add Insult to injury an item of mine went missing as I checked out very early I was told it would be noted but that I Need to call again in the daytime to ensure the day manager was informed. MOST disappointing part was I never received a single call I had to keep calling for updates and answers…. In which I was consistently told a manger was in a meeting or unavailable etc…. 12 hours later and MY third call I reached a manager who informed me this is uncommon but the housekeeping manager and team was gone for the day… he’d follow up the following day. Unfortunately I have higher expectations of a corporation the size of Marriott to acknowledge items stolen out of a room and a customer concern. A solid phone call to at least ensure it was being looked into… would have been appreciated. Customer service was not up to Marriott standards I’m used to, I frequent trips to this area I will no longer even entertain this hotel nor recommend.

It would be gracious to provide complimentary coffee in the lobby. Many other hotels (Bonvoy) do, such as the one in Denver.
