Superbe emplacement.

De passage à Nancy nous avons séjourné en plein centre et avons pu profiter du spectacle de mapping vidéo sur la place Stanislas située à 3 minutes à pied.

The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. We were 3 adults in a "3 bed" room but the 3rd bed was rolled in and took up the floor space there was available. My parents kept hitting their legs and toes on the sticky out bits of the bed... other than that the room would be great for 2 and the breakfast was great.

Alles ok! Solid hotel at a great location

The location is great, the staff is friendly. The rooms are a little small but sufficient. The bathroom felt a little off with some mold above the window but i’d say within acceptable limits. Overall we liked it

The girl in the reception was very rude and not service oriented at all. She didn’t want to let us in the room before 3pm ( check in time was 2pm), offer us a parking slot in front of the hotel for my big car and sent us to a remote parking 15 min away from the hotel, didn’t help to find a table for breakfast and so on. Very experience with the service overall.

Hotel central , muito próximo da estação trem e dos pontos turísticos . Recepcionistas ótimos , quarto maravilhoso um conforto ótimo , hotel disponibiliza na recepção um bebedor que pode encher garrafa , café maravilhoso (completo e com frutas variadas e salgados p quem gosta )parabéns ! Climatisation annoncée dans la fiche de l’hôtel et pas en route avec météo très chaude annoncée La température est montée à 26 pendant la nuit impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres : trop de bruit dehors Mal dormi Mal au dos sur la literie Réception : pas au service Petit déjeuner exceptionnel : qualité produits et le service est excellent Dames de ménage très agréables Hôtel 4 étoiles non méritées : déception à cause du service à la réception de la literie et de l’absence de climatisation

Die Lage ist gut, die Zimmer klein, aber für eine Nacht ok. Frühstück gut, nur der Service kam leider nicht hinterher. Es war der 2. Mai, draußen 28 Grad und die Klimaanlage war ausgeschaltet! Auf Nachfrage, das wäre Anfang Mai üblich. Die Nacht war schrecklich, heiß und stickig. Der Tip der Rezeption das Fenster aufzumachen war ein Witz. Riesiger Lärm ums Haus bis 3 Uhr. Das hat unseren Kurztrip erheblich beeinträchtigt.

Une très petite chambre salle de bain mini avec une toilette inaccessible c'est incroyable .... Petit déjeuner un véritable cafarnaum indescriptible , l'accueil au départ presque devoir s'excuser de déranger la personne. Je vous passe les détails. Nous ne viendrons jamais plus dans votre établissement et croyez moi je vais vous faire une sacrée pub.

It was a nice, mid-range hotel. The parking is a major asset. The beds weren't especially comfortable and there were issues with the thermostat - it was either boiling hot or freezing, regardless of how it was set.
