Room was okay, breakfast was fine. Hallway could be cleaned more, coffee cup was sitting on window ceil for a couple of days. Plastic toys was near elevators for a couple days. Clean hallways more

One Good Maintenance Man away ....

Like many LaQuinta Properties, this place is one really good maintenance fuy away from a very different experience. Stuff is broken all over the property and the rooms are maintained at a poor DIY level. If you hire a proper maintenance man, this place could be so much better than it is.

Don’t recommend

Employees didn’t seem to understand customer service; shuttle pickup from airport took a long time; hotel dirty and smelled like weed throughout; our room door lock was broken from apparently having had the door busted in; the air conditioning unit was leaking and the carpet all around it was soaked; the sink wasn’t draining; there was a bent rusted nail laying on the carpet; didn’t feel safe and employees were unconcerned and unwilling to consider negotiating the room rate considering the issues. Don’t expect any aspect that you see advertised on the site.

Picking up my grandkids for spring break.One night

The bed was comfortable and the shuttle service and front desk was good. However I wouldn’t stay again because nobody stopped the loud teens in the hall till late at night. I didn’t get much sleep and also the tv and remote are ridiculously hard to work having to punch in five numbers and try to do it before it goes back to the previous number. The room was mostly clean but some hair around the tub.

Bad dirty hotel.

The hotel is horrible looking. Ceiling parts almost Falling down on the entrance, the bedroom was not very clean. We found two pieces of broken glass on the pillow and the couch. Luckily we are careful people and check things always before. The floors were sticky and the big gap on the door lets every single noise form the hallway in and do not let you sleep. There l’s people coming in and out and walking on the hallways all night and loud door slamming all night long.

Lacking Customer Service

Front desk staff seemed like they never wanted to help. There was a leak in our air conditioner that left a puddle on the floor. They said they would have someone check it out. That never happened. They never picked up our trash in the room during our 3 days there. They asked if I wanted to reserve a shuttle for the airport and I requested one for 4:30 the morning of departure. I got downstairs one minute late and the shuttle had already left. No one told me they would leave immediately at the time and no one called to check on us to make sure we were coming. Breakfast was pretty good though. Could make your own waffle and they had eggs and sausage, fruit, bagels, cereal, juice and coffee.
