My daughter and I had a great time we love the room we love the service and the pool. I just wish the hot tub was working. It would have made things a little more enjoyable. But all-around great place.

Decor is dated but clean and in food condition. Rooms are large with separate areas. Restaurant was just reopening so they were limited in their offering- staff was very nice

We actually had stays for 2 different nights. We will start with the first. Tues. Sept. 14. Called the Hotel for Airport pickup. (never told I needed to but always do - appears they don't run the normal schedule and wait for a call - Covid). 2 calls and a call from an airport attendant to find out what what going on with the shuttle. Finally picked up after 70 minutes waiting at airport. No explanation offered by driver or check in staff. Computers were down so no check in until fixed. It was after 9pm. Talked to manager the next morning. Response: thanks for letting us know about your issues. Had a friend leave her car at the hotel to use during our OR vacation. Catalytic Convertor was stolen during the night within view of the front desk. Hotel took info but no offer of help in any way. The stay before we flew out was on Sun. Sept. 26. Everything seemed fine at check in. Got to room and found the desk lamp missing. No big deal. Called and asked for one. Found shower towels and hand towels with muddy prints all over them (they could have been stains but can't believe staff would put them in a room - seriously looked like someone cleaned their shoes). Nasty black hairs covered one of the bed spreads in the room. We were afraid to sit on the bed so we used one of the replacement towels to sit on. As we left the room we checked the drawers to make sure nothing was left behind (we didn't even use the drawers). Found a battery powered adult device and risque clothing. WOW.

Pool was very dark, was told all lights were on, but we have stayed here before and it was much brighter before. We could also see light fixtures not in use. Hot tub was closed. Sauna too. With covid i could see the sauna being a health thing, but not the hot tub if pool is open. Not enough towels in room. Article of clothing left in room on closet floor by previous guest. Window open on cold rainy day upon check in. We have stayed here before and payed half as much as we did this time and had better experiance. Prices are way over inflated. We stay here atleast once a year to visit family, because it is close to where they live and they have nice large rooms with seperate living/dinning area. May look into other options next time.

Look somewhere else, whoever is running this property has hired from the very bottom of the barrel. Rather than treat paying customers with respect, they make false accusations that you aren't a customer without even investigating anything. Showing your room key and even talking to the front desk person, that checked you in a hour before didn't seem to change anything either. When you ask to speak to a supervisor and/or manager there isn't even one on duty. The best you get are random other people that come out of the woodwork wearing plain clothes, no badge/work shirt or anything, stating they are the supervisor, but would not even confirm if they actually worked at the property at all. The so called employees also seem to abide by some double standard that doesn't apply to guests, because they were enforcing mask wearing as you came in the door, but so called "plain clothes supervisor" wasn't even wearing a mask and refused to put it on when she was called out on it. I travel a fair amount and have never been dealt with anything like this before in my life!! The fact that this hotel accused me of not being a customer (when I actually was, is bad enough) but they also refused to refund my room charges for their stupidity, and on top of all of that tried to stop me from returning to my room to collect my belongs before I left the property. This property was chosen specifically because of the reviews, after this I will just be sticking with Marriott/Hilton from now on.

We did enjoy our junior suite very much. My only real complaint would be that there was no clear instructions and menu in the room for ordering room service, which was the main reason I chose this hotel.

Too far from everything. But staff is very nice. Restaurant is mediocre at best. Out of menu items.
