I stayed at the Woodmark Hotel this past weekend, and I genuinely didn’t want to leave—which says a lot considering I usually don’t unpack fully unless I’m staying for a week.
From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel like I wasn’t just checking in—I was being welcomed home. The service? Impeccable. The views? Straight out of a Nicholas Sparks novel. The room was spotless, stylish, and had the kind of coziness that makes you question your current living situation.
What truly sets the Woodmark apart though is the little things: the champagne at check in, the lakeside serenity that makes your morning coffee taste 10x better, the pantry raid, and the kind of staff that greet you like you’re a regular even if it’s your first time.
Also: that location? Chef’s kiss. It’s close enough to downtown Kirkland to walk, but far enough that you still feel like you’ve escaped somewhere exclusive.
