It was seriously the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They definitely make it look nicer in the picture than in person. When we first got their, the lady on staff clearly hated her job because she was not inviting in any way and her attitude was just plain grumpy. Just driving to the room we could already tell it looked like we were in the ghetto. We got into our room and it was honestly just dirty. The floors had all these stains on it, there was what looked like blood on the shower curtain. The floors looked dirty, and the only thing what looked like was cleaned was the bed and even that you just felt like it was dirty because of the appearance of everything else. It made us literally feel like we had to bring everything in our car into our room just in case our car got broken into. You know it’s bad when your husband says when we have our baby he doesn’t want to stay in a hotel like this. I get it, you get what you pay for...but I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels than this and at least the inside looks clean, not fancy, but CLEAN! Would never stay in this hotel again and it makes me want to stay far away from travelodge.

There was drug addicts outside and then the room was dirty and gross didn’t even have any sheets or blankets then went to tell the front desk guy called real, he was rude and we asked for our money back and he said no but we were not going to stay there also there was drug addicted standing next to our car we did not feel safe snd it was very uncomfortable we left did not get our money back as they refused but safety is better than something happening to us but very discussing hotel snd service.I would not recommend this to no one worst ever. The manager still would not give us our money back worst service ever gross hotel dead beats

Rooms are outdated and the swimming pool was VERY DIRTY. Impossible to enjoy a swim, which is a must when you go to Palm Springs.

Hotel was very overpriced for the condition even in Palm Springs. When we first got to our room I noticed the floor under the air conditioner was soaking wet. I just figured it had leaked. I turned it on and we went to dinner. When we came back the room had not cooled at all so I called the front desk who said they would send maintenance, this is at 900pm. He came and said it had frozen over and we should just turn it off. It is 85 degrees outside at 900pm. He also said they must have just shampooed the carpets and that is why they were wet- no chance only the carpet under the air conditioner was wet. I called back to the front desk ans he said he would check with maintenance and call me back. 30 minutes no call back so I went to the front desk. The man was rude and condescending tell me where was no chance the maintenance man had said the carpets had been shampooed. He also wanted to switch out the air conditioner at 930pm at night not give us a new room. I asked for the manager but here was not one on duty. The front desk man continued to call me a liar and raise his voice to me so I told him we would be back in the morning to speak to the manager. What a terrible establishment! I will never stay in a travel lodge again

Run down and kind of gross. Definitely tweakers in the place. Front desk girls were amazing though!

Perfectly nice Quiet Good value

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. Total dump. Dirty, filthy, vomit on the floor, stains on the sheets. Pool nasty Did not even stay. The manager was rude, hung up on hotels.com rep when he tried to help refund our lack of stay. NEVER stay here. Take your business someplace else.

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels/motels/inns etc for work and family travel and this one was the most disgusting, filthy and overall terrible place I’ve ever stayed. EVER! There was hair on your “clean” towels, the floors were dirty, the walls were stained with who knows what. The rooms were non-smoking yet reeked of smoke. As we were checking in there was a altercation with a guy and the front desk clerk. Just super ghetto and scary. My remote didn’t work and had to go to the front desk to get a new one cuz at night they don’t bring anything to your room. Gee, I wonder why? Maybe because they’re even afraid to walk around that place. Everything was gross and unbearable and I couldn’t wait to leave. My fault though because I was looking for a deal and you get what you pay for. I wish I could say I was exaggerating but I’m not.

The outside walkway carpets were completely worn out with holes especially by the doorways. Cigarette butt's scattered on the stairs. Oh, but the front desk was beautiful!!!!! I asked if we could check in a little early, and was told no come back at 3. I left and then came back in about 15 minutes later to find two different parties being given rooms without reservations. Needless to say I was a little upset.

I honestly can’t believe this hotel gets away with renting rooms out in the condition they are in. We knew it was going to be an inexpensive hotel and not updated, but the lack of cleaning that goes into the rooms is disturbing. Rooms in Palm Springs were sold out or we would’ve left immediately. A customer was complaining to management, while we were checking in, about his ring being stolen and they seemed irritated and not trying hard to resolve the issue, so there was zero reason for us to complain about the condition of the room. You can see images yourself. Our front door wasn’t very secure and the room reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Do yourself a favor and try the Motel 6 up the road.
