They are working hard to update this hotel. The furniture in the room was nice, the refrigerator/freezer worked great and the bed was comfortable. There was approx. a one inch step up between the room and the bathroom which needs to have some sort of threshold added so that you don't stub your toe. The room isn't level so the drawers in the bedside tables opened due to the slant in the room. Some shims need to be added to keep the drawers closed. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

There was only one soap in the bathroom and it was used. The shampoo bottle was half empty. The bad sounded like it was falling apart when you laid on it and the wooden flooring was broken.

Nasty and disrespectful
This my third time at this hotel and the first and last time me and my family will not be coming back the Patel guy was so rude to me and my family I applied for hotel on line and was not aware of an additional 200 charge for deposit I wish that was said at first I stayed two weeks with family the Patel guy was nasty to me and mom also threatened to call the police just to explain to me about deposit, all I want to know was why but it was the attitude I didn’t like he was nasty and disrespectful I ask to speak to manager he said he was the assistant manager I want to talk to someone over him he try to say I didn’t put down my wife and child which I did put down another guess and child, overall I didn’t feel comfortable but I had already paid for my room online for two weeks, the first two times I stay it was nice and another guy was there with a good attitude but this guy has no good customer service and he took 70.00 because I was supposed to check out at 11 which I didn’t leave until 11:30 but it was my fault but I bet he got a kick from doing that by taking my money.
