El baño algo pequeño pero el agua con muy buena presión. en la ducha. The reception staff, Berenice, Enrique, and Jorge, were very friendly. The room was clean and well-equipped. They also provided free parking. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The bathroom was a bit small, but the water pressure in the shower was very good. Highly recommended.

Worst Staff Experience Ever

Staff was very rude. Front Desk Security treated us and our driver with disrespect and disdain. The staff, front desk, cleaning crew and anyone who works there were disrespectful and rude. They are very unhappy.

Al parecer tumbaron mi plato, y no tenía ingredientes suficientes para prepararlo nuevamente. Tuve que cambiar por otro plato, el cual estaba muy salado. No me lo pude comer todo.

La recepción fue muy amable cuando hice Chek in, pero al cambio de turno bajé y saludé y todos los de recepción me barrieron de arriba a abajo, sentí su desprecio injustificado, pues era la primera vez que los veía. No hay ni esponjas, ni gorro de baño, ni jabón. Pagué 4 personas y sólo había 2 toallas. De ahí en fuera, pues todo "normal". 3/5
