We went to the main office and informed them that the room we were staying in had mold in the bathroom and that someone had clearly been smoking in it as it was stale and yellow. That there were cigarette stains on the edge of the tub. That there were cockroaches in the room, that the bathroom door was busted. We stay there almost every weekend for work in the other building and there was never an issue this grand. We reported the issues. And we were still charged $150 fee for smoking/excessive cleaning in the room. We don’t even smoke!

The lady in the check-in place was rude. Might be working on Christmas night made her not happy. Some long-term tenants were peeping all the time. This made my family super uncomfortable and scared. Never ever choose this place again. Very disappointed stay.
