This location was ideal. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I would especially like to give praise to Lily who was working in the restaurant. She was so sweet and even vouched for us on a mixup at checkout regarding how many times we ate at the restaurant. She knew her customers. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting to explore Wellington as you can walk to a lot of places or use the cuty bus 1/2 block away.

Great position, very close to everything you need and things to do. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. There was however building works going on across the road from 7.30am except Sunday, the room was quite warm with no air conditioner and the shower had a tendency to flood a bit. Overall it was ok.

Hotel was excellent for the money! Staff on reception helped on showing how to get to the car park, parking around the back on bond street, everything in walking distance, room clean and hot powerful shower, over-all would stay again Ps can not coment on any food in Hotel had meals out.
