loved the location to the train. it was clean and staff was friendly. unfortunately the pool was closed.

Not bad ! Everything was okay , fresh and clean. Big hotel and lot of facilities

It's away from the city centre in the business district, but the hotel itself was good. There is free parking just a few yards from the hotel, no need to pay €24. The room wasn't prepared for my kids but after reviewing the options we arrived at an acceptable solution. The staff were nice and breakfast was also good.

Apart from one or two of the news channels. there were no channels with English speaking programmes , such as the BBC. other than that, i enjoyed my stay and hope to return. many thanks

At the moment they are mid refurbishment in the entrance. The reception staff were excellent, but the bar staff were poor - we gave up on trying to get a drink as no one came to take the order. The room does need a bit of improvement- the minibar was decidedly mature, the door was a challenge to open.

There was a lot of construction and my original room smelled very badly like cigarettes. I had to change rooms.

A very comfortable sleep, good amenities and very central with public transport to the city only a 2 minutes stroll.

It was a nice hotel but the staff at the front desk were less friendly and allowed a queue before them. Just two of them on a busy week end on duty leaves much expectation from the management

This hotel is a gem well beyond it's finest moment. For the observant guest, a trip in the elevator from the upper level offers a clear view of the poor maintenance and shoddy level of cleanliness around the property. The customer service is patchy and some staff are absolutely rude. The restaurants are solid, the breakfast is terrific and buffets are often worth the price-point. While it's nicely located for those on business in Bonn, particularly conferences at WCC and the UN Campus, it is worth considering with caution: The wifi is patchy and could undermine productivity. Worst of all: They are crass about resolving issues.

The Maritim is well-run, has a charming elegance, and is well priced and comfortable beds. The pool is lovely and the outside area is wonderful for an evening relaxation or beverage.
