Nice enough but could do better
The Hotel is handy to restaurants and supermarkets, although the loud music and style of restaurants better suits younger adult travellers. The hotel has two good pools and one the best views of the area from the rooftop pool/bar/restaurant. The hotel is need of some maintenance though, with broken door locks and handles, as well as some patchy grouting and painting in places, and the aircon barely working in the 8th floor atrium. The bit scared me was the half fallen off door handle in the emergency stairwell on the 9th floor. If people are trying to escape to the roof in an emergency and that handle comes off then people could be trapped in the stairwell. The hotel breakfast is the worst in terms of choice and plate sizes (all plates seems small) based on all the hotels we’ve stayed in South America over a number of weeks.

Great Customer Service!
The front desk was so helpful and they got us transportation to the airport and to the Brazilian side of the falls. The only negative was we had no hot water. At best it was lukewarm and I suspect it was because we were on the top floor in the corner. Good thing is it was so hot outside it really wasn’t an issue. Rooftop was really great. Delicious cocktails and views

A good option near the center of town!
Convenient location just a block outside the liveliest part of the town center on a quiet street. Decent breakfast but not worth the money if it's not included in your rate. Nice pools and a rooftop bar with a great view if it's not raining. The staff is helpful at providing directions for economical ways to see the waterfalls.

Very modern
Just spent one night there on our trip to the falls. Before arriving did contact the front desk and had some questions about getting around Buenos Aires but they were not very helpful to be honest. Ended up hiring a service of private drivers to get us back-and-forth to the sides of the falls. Did not want to have to drive to the hotel, drop off the bags and then go back to the Argentinian Falls. The place itself however, is very very nice and probably was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our trip to Argentina. There is a rooftop bar, which makes really nice caipiroska! Nice place to see the sunset. Can walk downtown easily which is bustling around 10pm!

This hotel is excellent ! Minimalistic, Eco friendly,good Location, cleanliness 10+, staff friendly.Perfect if he purpose is to know the town and visit Iguazú Waterfalls. Not conducive to stay in the super clean room and being in SPA like hotel, because it doesn’t have gardens, however, the roof top pool is nice.
