We loved our stay!

If want a nice modern room and the busy part of Miami Beach that a great hotel. We loved how comfortable the bed was. The shower was amazing with rain shower head, spacious size and great water pressure. We were at the 3rd floor pacing Collins Ave ( above the restaurant) so it was noisy until after 11pm but it comes with all the goods of the location. The beach was only a street off and with the resort fee you get chairs on the beach. The record player had a nice surprise. The pool on the roof was very relaxing. Highly recommend. Friendly staff. The restaurant was good as well.

Good 3 star hotel

It is a fine 3 star hotel. No amenities. Had to ask for coffee in the room and no cleaning service. In a great location. The staff was very friendly.

Fabulous

Staff was awesome and very accommodating to anything. Pool area nice and good location for walking everywhere. Only wish cafe Americana would’ve been open later but understand it is new. Would highly recommend!!!!

Disappointed traveler

Hotel used Covid as a reason to not provide daily cleaning service. We had to phone desk several times to get supplies. Onsite restaurant closed at 4pm so forced to leave hotel for dinner. No onsite parking. Website has not been updated to reflect current conditions. No valet, no evening restaurant, no airport shuttle. Good location, close to the beach and lots of surrounding restaurants. However we would not stay there again. There are alot of choices in that area.

False expectations

We’re a very laid back couple and picked this spot because it seemed to suit us well. The common areas were pretty and the front desk staff were friendly most of the time, too. However, we found that there were a lot of inaccuracies. Not until our last night did we receive our complimentary bottle of wine promised in the description. Not the end of the world. After 3 reports to the front desk that our record player was broken, one of the features we were most excited about, it still wasn’t fixed. The restaurant and pool bar? Doesn’t exist. Additionally, no one had mentioned there would be no housekeeping throughout the duration of our 4 night stay. Had we had been informed, no problem, but we were left in the dark. At one point, upon a request for ice, a very aggregated employee shows up at the door and hands it over, rolls her eyes, and walks away. Not the kind of hospitality or experience we were anticipating to say the least.

Good location

Great location, nice hotel staff rooms can use some amenities like a hair dryer but parking lot that works with the hotel is over crowded long wait to take car out and to park
