I only stayed one night, but as soon as I walked into the hotel, I was greeted. The room was clean. And the bed was decently comfortable. I would stay at this Hampton Inn again.

Elevator out of service (stayed here last year and still not fixed) pool was very cloudy and smelled strongly of chemicals. No water pressure

Great place to stay in columbus
The hotel was fresh smelling, not masked, clean and kept up nicely. The beds were on good shape and did not have body sinkholes. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service during our 2 night stay. But everything else was great. The breakfast was also great. The room decor was very traditional and home feeling,

The better choice.
We decided to Switch to this Hotel on Saturday during the Sonic Temple Festival after Wyndham North Columbus treated us like crap for using hotels.com even though we were actually Wyndham rewards members who had been given a hotels.com gift card. But enough about them.
The Hampton employee treated us like we were a regular member. They didn't make their check ins later And try to charge you extra to check in early, didn't charge us for their free breakfast like the other one, and it was just such a nicer, cleaner hotel. It's in a safer area. I didn't see any cars with windows busted out here like at the other and even though the bed was rough, like some teens had been jumping on it, it was the last one available so we weren't too worried about it and I just slept backwards and was fine. I'll always remember how much better they treated us and I'll always choose them for my stays in Columbus after that.
