Disappointing Experience - Unacceptable Conditions
I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon checking in, we were informed that there was no Wi-Fi due to technical issues, with no clear timeline for when it would be resolved. Wi-Fi was crucial for communication, and although I was able to connect in the room, there was no Wi-Fi on the ground floor. The hotel was undergoing renovation work, and the strong smell of paint in the room and hallway was overwhelming. As my daughter has allergies, the smell triggered her condition, which forced us to check out earlier than planned. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund us, citing that our booking was non-refundable. This lack of consideration for guest well-being is completely unacceptabl9e, especially in light of the circumstances. I hope the hotel reconsiders its approach to customer service and takes guest comfort and health into account during renovations.

This property is under heavy construction. It was dirty, loud, and the paint fumes were so bad it made me nauseous. I decided not to stay but they are refusing to refund me. I would not book this hotel again.

Not the best
Although, a little more affordable than most hotels they definitely have a roach infestation. Currently in Georgia on an extended stay; they were crawling from inside of the fridge, out of the bathtub drain and electrical outlets. The worst has to be the level of noise coming from workers that are doing renovations. They blast loud music til 2 am if not later, then are up at or before dawn yelling and slamming doors. The hallway smells of different odors of foods the front office employees are friendly well some but almost never there constantly change their security measures depending on the race of guests. The biggest issue is the noise the workers and rude housekeepers are stingy with towels as well it is better off to stay at another hotel on the same strip the prices go up on the weekends/holidays but the conditions stay the same
