Insufficient check in service. Three guests in front of me and I waited for 35 mins, that was 9:25pm till 10pm. Not-knowledgeable staff, asked info from hotel to airport, said didn't know, and I insisted they checked for us on taxi fare and bus info..After 20 mins, they could only one up with bus info and still didn't know how to call a taxi for us and cost indication. Bed was uncomfortable. Wooden/pvc floor was clean. Shower/ toilet was bright while room was outrageously dim, could not even read a book or play board games with words on cards as too dark to read. Covid 19 guidelines was posted but no one reinforced, just pretended they have one. Wish we had chosen another one.
