It was decent I guess. It just didn’t meet my expectations. The pool was itty bitty. The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. The phone doesn’t call the front desk or housekeeping. I actually had to call the outside number to reach the clerk. The hot breakfast was the saving grace. The secret to a good waffle though is to stop it with about 30 seconds left otherwise it’s crispy. If I have a need to stay at a hotel In Greenville again. It won’t be at this location. I’m glad I booked early for a good rate.

The air conditioner didn’t work and we had to move rooms in the middle of the night. Customer service overnight was great, but then the next morning was horrible. I just wasn’t out of the ordinary hotel experience as far as the consistency with customer service and the room itself was just it just didn’t work out. I would never stay there again.

The bathroom had hair all over it!! We asked for more towels and rags but never got them. We were told we had to ask a different cleaning service? Also, it said pet free it was not!Then we realized our AC unit was full of mold! Our noses have bled and been on fire since we left. I told the front desk they said oh ok we will tell maintenance! Also, there was a hole in the ceiling. So I called back left a message for a manager to call me and it's been 2 days and no call.

Unexpected “service fee”
First hotel we have ever stayed that the hold on your credit card for incidentals does not drop the entire amount of the hold when you check out. They keep $3.00 per day of your stay “service fee”. We booked 4 rooms for 3 nights each.

Never again
Worst hotel we have stayed at in a long time. The staff was unpleasant and borderline rude. The walls are paper thin and we had a screaming toddler, coughing man and their loud TV keeping us up until after midnight. The breakfast was disgusting. The room wasn’t very clean.

Very disappointed.
During checking in the clerk, quoted me a different price that was sent to my phone through email from hotel.com . They were charging me the price that they charge customers booking directly from them. The clerk at check-in was very rude and never smiled, She made me feel very uncomfortable as if it was my fault that i was being over charged. She made me feel uncomfortable while other others were standing around, waiting to check in. I felt so embarrassed because I knew what price I was quoted through hotels.com was not the price they were charging me. She said that the Manager would have to correct it. Upon checking out when I received my receipt it had the correct price on the receipt. When I checked my credit card account I was charged the hotel’s rate and not hotel.com rate. This was not a good experience for a family vacation for me. I was very disappointed with the experience that I had. I called the manager later to let her know they overcharged me and she said that it would be reimbursed to my card within 3 to 5 days. I am waiting to see if they reimburse me. If they don’t reimburse me, I will dispute the charges with my bank. I hope this gets resolved before I have to call the bank because I believe the price that was quoted to me through hotels.com is the price that they should have charged my credit card. I hope someone addresses this issue and even speaks to the representative at the service desk that was very rude to me and never apologized for her actions.

The day at the hotel was beautiful. Checking in was terrible, instead of charging me price that hotel.com me they charge me their price that they charge individuals for booking a hotel directly from them. The clerk that checked me in was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable due to a mistake on their end and not mine. She promised me it would be corrected due before I checked out. When I checked out my receipt gave me the price of hotels.com hold me. When I checked my credit card account, they charged me more than what my receipt said. I contacted the manager later on that day, she told me that my bill would be readjusted and I would be credited back the overcharge to my credit card within 3 to 5 days. As of now, I have not seen the credit come back to my credit card. If it doesn’t take happen by Friday I will be calling my credit card and I will dispute the charge. It’s very disappointing that this is my experience with booking through hotels.com for the first time. I hope this issue is addressed and taken care of. It would be nice if I am compensated for this experience that should not have occurred.
