Not knowing that there is a cheer-leading event on-site, we booked this place for the exact same nights they are there. First night, even though we asked for a quiet room on higher floor and away from the noise, we were placed in a room right next to the elevator and the ice making machine, on the same floor as the cheer-leaders. The teens from the cheer-leading event were a bit noisy and were getting ice from the ice maker as late as 1am in the morning. And as early as 6:30am in the morning. We had to notify the front desk. Good thing is that the staff is friendly and the manager moved us to another room the second night. But then, the AC in that room does not work right and will not cool the room down. It just kept running the whole time at night, blowing out semi-cool air, and it is 109F in the day time. Also, the sofa bed is very hard to sleep on, in both rooms. It makes noise and the mattress is very old and sack. Do not expect to get a good night sleep on the sofa bed, period. The pools are great. Staffs are friendly and the hotel is clean. It could have been a lot better experience if it weren't because of the on-site event, the semi-working AC, and the poor sofa bed. Just keep those in mind and you will like this place.
