2nd time I’ve stayed here in 2 weeks: first time I stayed the fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. The hotel did apologize and refund for the inconvenience.
When staying this last time, 2 nights ago; I had to go downstairs once as well as call from my cell phone to the front desk once (phone isn room did not work) to complain about partying noises in the room next to me. They claim they spoke to them both times. Again, at 2am this continued on. Nothing was done. Upon checking out, after having breakfast and half of the food was gone and not replaced, I let the front desk know about my stay. I told them I came back like they had asked me to, to give them a second chance but I would not be back again. I was told, “we’re sorry to see you leave”. I contacted hotels.com to let them know what occurred. They contacted the hotel directly and the hotel refused to give any type of refund. I am baffled by this considering I’ve now stayed twice in 2 weeks and tried to give them a second chance. I do not recommend this hotel. If your not going to take care of your customers, listen to their concerns or even act like you care; why are you in the hospitality business.
