I stay at Novotel properties during most of my travels. There us a minimum standard for Novotel that this property does not meet. While the property is clean and the staff is superb, carpets all need to be replaced. Breakfast should be included with all reservations because it is not worth the €19 per adult fee. Without updates, this hotel should rebrand to their IBIS budget hotel

Overall good Hotel. Location is good with ample free parking. The place in need of some upgrade. Room size is bigger than normal which is good but little dated for Novotel standards. Good rating but not excellent.

Lumpy hard pillows, dirty carpets. There is nothing around this hotel except industry, and driving to the city is not a great drive. Reception staff offer good service re info, directions etc, early check in.

Great location & lovely staff. Bedroom with great size but bath/shower screen leaked. Think that’s why there was an odd smell which wedidn’t notice at first

Reception Staff are always friendly room clean and seemed to be a new shorted menu on joining restaurant which seemed to show an improved level of service of staff. Very good location for the customer I went to see.

Arrived to the Hotel with my wify, 2year old son and father only to be told the Hotel had lost my booking. Hotel was full but as it was their fault thy said they would find alternate accommodation. With only 1 girl on front desk (really? for a fully booked hotel?!) it took over an hour as she also had to deal with check ins. In the end we were given the option of the Ibis Budget next door, so a 3 star down to a 1 star hotel within the same group. Had to then come back and negotiate ourselves free dinner to compensate for the price difference. It was as if they thought We found you a bed, thats good enough. Keeping in mind we were booked in a mid range and not budget hotel I'm very disappointed in AccorHotels level of service in relation of staffing levels and compensation.
