The room was very nice there was no one at the desk (she was in back playing on her phone) and unlike other hotels in the area there was a surprising parking fee! All others tell you up front. Everything else was very nice! The room was clean and nice, and I’d even stay there again. Just didn’t appreciate the surprise parking fee, why not be upfront like the others in the area?

It was a great trip. The service and the employees are all very helpful and always in a great mood. It is a wonderful hotel and plan to stay there each time I visit Orlando.

Great Place to stay near Disneyworld
Close to Walt Disney World. The staff was great and worked hard to meet whatever need you had. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Uber never was over 12 dollars to each park. Premium Outlet 10 minutes away. It really was a quiet, low key place to be. The rooms are simple and kind to the psychic.

We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed that we had to pay $15 a day...for us $30 for parking. We really felt that this charge was too high and you should offer free parking. There also was no coffee maker in the room which would have been nice to have in the morning. We also missed a complimentary breakfast but realize this was not offered after we arrived. The room was very nice and we were comfortable except for the above items.
