Friendly and helpful staff. All the amenities you could want! Including breakfast and a free drinks station. Close to Shinjuku station which was handy. These kind of hotels aren’t really set up for long stays so my only criticism would be there is limited storage. Otherwise we were happy with our stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Petit Bali in Shinjuku! In a great, safe area, within walking distance to transportation. The amenities to take to your room for free were unmatched! Rooms little on the smaller side, which seems to be par for the course in Tokyo. Had trouble getting the AC going, but overall we very much enjoyed our time and would stay again!

Teeny tiny room but what more did we need. All the free stuff that’s included is amazing. We each even had a bubble bath! The staff were wonderful and the subway was about 5 minutes away once we figured out the back way instead of the Main Street! Would gladly stay here again.

It was my first hotel for the week and I think it was convenient because I did not pack many essentials for when I arrived. The amount of available amenities was beyond my expectations. I enjoyed the hotel the free snacks, free bar, free body and skin care! I loved how close to trains it was. I enjoyed the room the few things I didn’t enjoy was the stair case into the room I don’t remember seeing it on the photos and lastly didn’t like the table that was in the room not a lot of space with it in there! You couldn’t walk along the other side of the bed or utilize the couch because this end table was in the way!
