ファミリーで利用しました。駅から目の前、アクセス便利。check-in、check-outは非対面の機械のみでスピーディー。今回はシティビューでしたが、リバービューのお部屋なら、サンセットや夜景が綺麗に見れたと思います。老街やレンタルサイクルも近くて、散策に便利な所でした。清掃も行き届いています。快適に睡眠が取れました 。

Service and location were both excellent. The downside is the small space and lack of a closet for hanging clothes. I suggest adding a1-2 luggage stands and a more comfortable cushion for bench. The ladies there went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable and deserve 5 star service ratings!

Amazing service. Hotel staff is always so helpful. Some rooms have the view of the water front. Elevator is shared with the rest of the mall, so it could take 20 minutes.
