Great staff. Super responsive. Very clean. Had front door key issues, twice. Bed is quite comfortable. Only con: it's very Loud. There is a nightclub next door, a cafe downstairs and you can hear everything within the property.

Modern small Hotel in a great Location in Condesa. Bed was very comfortable, a small room included a TV and a Coffee Maker. There is a Microwave in a small kitchen and every morning they put bananas there.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights. Positives: Paul (the owner?) is very helpful, speaks English, recommended great dining options; area is very safe with multiple cute cafes on every block and corner; equal distance from most tourist attractions. Negatives: the rest of the staff does not speak English; we complained on the bathroom water tank filling very slowly (15 min or so) after each flush and on the bathroom sink draining poorly; unfortunately neither problem was fixed.

Very friendly and available staff but the property conditions are less than desirable. It’s essentially a hostel vs a hotel. There was a huge cockroach in the second floor kitchen. The rooms are very small and you can clearly see the ware and tare on the walls, doors, windows and shower.

Not as advertised

I don't know how this place has such a good rating... It's probably the location, which is the only redeeming quality. The place basically feels like a hostel, not a hotel. I was charged for my stay BEFORE I even arrived. Only one person working there spoke English. On Friday and Saturday night there was some sort of party going on both nights where you heard women screaming at the top of their lungs until the wee hours of the morning. The hallways are very noisy and the walls are thin. You can hear everything. I would not stay here again.

Bien ubicado pero con muchos detalles por mejorar

Está muy bien ubicado, sin embargo las puertas de las habitaciones son muy delgadas y se oye absolutamente todo el ruido del servicio del hotel y huéspedes desde muy temprano. No pudimos ver la tv porque no estaba habilitado el hdmi. El drenaje de la ducha y lavabo estaban tapados y para colmo la empleada de limpieza entró sin tocar, antes del chek out.

Excelente espacio para conocer la Condesa

En general muy bien, solo un día un poco más complejo porque a un lado hay un bar y la fiesta se acabó hasta las 3:00 a.m, pero definitivamente aún con esta situación regresaría porque hay muchas opciones de actividades recreativas cerca, así como de comida.

Muy bien espacio

El lugar está en una muy buena zona , queda en la condesa así que hay muchos lugares para comer o salir, el mini depa está muy limpio, por la mañanas te ofrecen café y algo de fruta , así como tmb hay cafetera en los cuartos por si no quieres salir al área común en la cual hay refri, Microhondas y mesitas , todo estuvo perfecto, estuvimos 4 días 3 noches solo el último día hubo problemas con la presión del agua pero entendemos que fue un problema de la colonia y no del edificio , los encargados son super amables y te resuelven todo lo que necesites, tmb te dan recomendaciones por si las necesitas , excelente lugar

El servicio del sr. Vidal es remarcable, me ayudó en todo lo que necesitaba y me explicó todo. La limpieza de la habitación no la hicieron diario, pero en general estaba limpio el cuarto. El edificio no tiene elevador, por lo que subir con maletas grandes puede ser un reto. El estado físico de la habitación no era el mejor, la pintura estaba crackeandose, en el baño había un hoyo en el techo y a la regadera le faltaba un cancel.
