Busy day in Omaha. Restaurant bartender was excellent and quick! Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Would book here again. Trash cans in the room were very small and there were no trash bags.

It was a good stay... parking is ok not greatest but ok. Pool need more tidying during day then it got ...not enough towels in area. Asked for towels from maid never recieved had to call clear to front desk twice once each night and wait dor them. Bht room good , bes comfortable, not to comfy pillows but very spacious bathroom. And 4.00 for bottle water is crazy. ( not customer friendly price)

We brought our dog and loved that there was a little park across the street for walks. There is a $75 non-refundable pet fee-FYI & self-parking costs $15. The convenience of having a Starbucks, a restaurant, and in room dining options was great, but the rooms themselves are run down. The sink only had warm/hot water, there was a stain on the carpet, the tub faucet sprayed when you ran the shower, and in one of our two rooms, the toilet did not flush properly.

It was a good experience for the most part. Loved the size of the room with having kids. Didn't like having to pay for parking each day or that you don't get complimentary breakfast. Definitely not worth what they charged per person either. On the other hand they do have a Starbucks in the lobby would have been even cooler if the barista stayed in eyes view of the register to serve. Ended up having to get coffee after we checked out and left. All the front desk ladies were super nice and helpful though! If you're a first time visitor like we were note that's the hotel is DOWNTOWN and basically all the roads are one ways. Our GPS actually took us to floor one but the lobby is floor two which threw us for a loop.

Visiting during the College World Series so I understand things are a bit strained from a staffing perspective. That said, our first room (we requested a new one) had a very used soap bar in the shower, leaking toilet tank thru the flush handle, & mold on the shower curtain. Food situation was busted....I'll keep it at that. The shuttle service and drivers were the loan bright spot. Actually, the staff behind the desk did thier best fielding what I could see/hear as an endless list of complaints....their was a clip board pages deep.

Always top notch customer service on every visit. The front desk staff always keeps you informed, very friendly, proffessional customer service agents. The restaurant breakfast buffet is top notch. And this year i tried the bar in the hotel and had a reuben sandwhich with fries. It was so yummy and delicious. Can't wait till I book my next stay with your great hotel.
