The view from our room was fantastic as was the amenities at the swimming pool. You could walk down to the beach in just a few steps or stay by the pool, and enjoy the swim up bar. The beds were comfortable, but the only negative was the room service kept making the beds with the sheets at my feet too short and the sheets would ride up in the middle of the night. Otherwise, this hotel is a great stay in and outstanding location on the Condado

The room needs major updating. Old electric plug ins sparked. The house phone didnt work, The decor is outdated and worn. No USB plugs. The staff was great. The common areas are in good condition, the pool lovely. The waitstaff at the pool very nice. A dehumidifier would be helpful, as the tile floors were so wet from moisture in the air, It was dangerously slippery.

I really love this hotel. This is the second time we stay and love the ocean view and the access to the beach. This is a nice area to stay and walk around. Very close to old San Juan and the airport. Plenty of food options less than 5 minutes away.

The staff at the Condado Plaza Hotel are so sweet and nice. They were very accommodating and pleasant to speak with. Especially the front desk receptionist Cristina. She helped so much. Also Ismael greeted us with a smile, he was kind and very informative. The hotel room was nice and clean. We had a comfortable stay.
