Extremely dirty room and linens, staff was unfriendly, WiFi was very inconsistent and unable to view a video or do a video call.

Bed was sunken in, could feel the springs. Sheets didn't fit, blanket cover was scratchy and uncomfortable. Toilet was super loud, could hear every one else flushing as well waking you up in the night. Breakfast was $25/PP Buffett the highlights were powder eggs, soggy bacon, sausage patties, and stale home style potatoes. No waffles or pancakes available. No daily room service unless requested.

Internet was reliable. The room needed to be dusted. The shower seemed clean with the exception of a wad of hair stuck to the wall. One side of the bed was concave but because I was there by myself, I slept on the other side.

Unable to connect to the internet from the 6th floor, thus unable to work, the room had wet spots on the floor around the fridge and the room smelled of urine and socks. Stay often for work and usually the room is very nice. Overall disappointed.

Person checking in wasn’t overly friendly. Perhaps they were shy but barely greeted and whispered when talking. Bathroom appeared to have some mold, or mildew, at base of tub. Otherwise it was adequate for the price but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Tired hotel the seems to cater to the tour boat crowd and not longer term visitors. Unhappy staff and inconsiderate guests. Not a pleasant experience.

Brisk morning wake up

We had a pleasant stay, however we weren't sure if we'd have hot water for showers in the mornings, which a cold shower can really ruin your day.

Had things stolen from off my car. Staff wasn’t helpful or apologetic at all. Front desk was unwelcoming and not friendly in the slightest. WiFi didn’t work.They ignored my do not disturb sign. Maintenance had to fix issues with plumbing while I was there. Sheets didn’t fit the bed.
