No luggage service. Guests had to carry their luggages to the lobby through the stairs. I would never stay in this hotel again. This hotel rates themselves a 4 star hotel. How come a 4 star hotel can have no bell boy service ? Not worth to stay again.

Great place with good river view and close to the station, but the room is a little bit too small for two people. Staff are nice and helpful:)

I booked a non refundable rate for 3 nights for my honeymoon. Due to Covid and Denmark not allowing UK residents into the country I cancelled the trip. I asked the hotel if I could get a refund to which they refused and I clearly explained the current Covid travel restrictions. I understand this as it was a non refundable rate. I then asked if I could receive a voucher for the hotel as I planned to visit Copenhagen after the pandemic. The hotel refused to offer me a voucher or allow me to move dates. After many emails and unhelpful staff replies, they advised me to contact my travel insurance company to try and get money back. I do not understand why they could not offer me a voucher to use at a later date considering the Covid pandemic and travel restrictions etc. I will not be using this hotel when I eventually can travel to Copenhagen.

This hotel is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of CPH. Its staff is very friendly, the rooms are in perfect condition and the spa is fantastic.

What can I say... Covid caused us to have to cancel our vacation and both the hotel, and Expedia refuse to refund our room rate. I understand it was an non refundable room rate, but, we did not cancel through any fault of our own. I even called the hotel several times willing to compromise by requesting a room credit instead of a refund, for when travel opens up, but was told it was basically Expedia’s policy, not the hotel’s. what a disgrace that no one is receptive to what is going on, and I have to lose hard earned money.

The staff were brilliant. Very friendly. Initially booked for the Copenhagen half marathon but still came and enjoyed it immensely.
