Amazing stay, as always. My family feels comfortable there, feeling like it’s home since we usually use Park Inn whenever we are in Iloilo. Its very close proximity to the mall is a plus. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast always wonderful, and the staff are friendly and welcoming!

Always the best!

I always stay at Radisson Iloilo Hotel (through Hotels.com reservation) whenever I find myself in the city. My family and relatives only stay there, too! Very comfortable and the breakfast is always something to look forward to! Shopping is so easy because the hotel is connected to a mall.

the location was excellent, the lobby staff and dining were good. One of the housekeeping is not really nice when I asked for extra towels. And we I called the front desk and asked for extra sheets too many questions and when I thought our keycard was lost the lady told me that there will be an extra charge for keycard, it's my first time to experience to be charge for asking a spare keys good thing i found our keycard. Improve customer service and the cleanliness of the rooms. Thank you!

Bright & Spacious

Welcoming reception bright and spacious. Staff greeted me with warm smiles. I booked a suite room and it was very spacious with more than enough amenities for my needs. Strong air conditioning which is what I needed since its so hot here atm 34-39C. Overall, great stay and SM ILOILO City is literally just a few steps from the hotel.

The staff in Park Inn Radisson were over the top accommodating, professional and friendly . The front desk personnel are always willing and ready to help out anytime there's a concern , especially Melka and Aaron . The Ani restaurant staff are also over the top and kudos to chef Tisoy . We had a most enjoyable 3 week stay in February.

My residence everytime I visit Iloilo City, PH

No doubt this is one of the best hotels in Iloilo City. The location is remarkably great. You are in between the city center and the international airport. Next to the hotel is the SM City shopping mall where you can dine and shop till you drop. At the back of the hotel is the newly developed Festive Walk Iloilo by Megaworld which used to be the old Mandurriao airport.
