聖路易斯河畔君悅飯店

Bathroom floor had long, black hair on it. I have short, blonde hair so I know it wasn't mine.

When we arrived in our room we found dirty pillowcases, towels and dirty clothing belonging to previous guests. Obviously the room was not adequately cleaned prior to our arrival. This is a major concern.

The facilities are great but $40+ to valet park and you have to retrieve your own car! Then your unable to self park though its a given option. Also the front desk never answers the phone

I've stayed at this property before that's why I chose it again. Staff is very friendly and efficient. The food from Brewhouse is awesome. Clean rooms, excellent view of the Arch and riverfront. Great price for the 5 day stay. Only issue is downtown parking.

First impression was a lobby that smelled bad. There was no one at the front desk. 40 dollars a day to park valet or 30 to park yourself. Gift shop was closed. Limited hours on restaurants. Multiple times when I rang for valet no one picked up. Shower drain was clogged. Positives: great view of Arch and great location to Arch. It was just okay.

the elevator to the parking area did not work, my husband fell going down the stairs. We are both handicap. No known injuries. We told an employee in the area and mentioned it at the front desk.

The room wasnt clean and service no good

The hotel was vacant and all the restaurants were closed. There was no coffee cups in the room for the little coffee maker and no coffee dispensers in the lobby. The only place to get coffee or breakfast was the Starbucks in the lobby. The hotel felt like a ghost town. We stayed at other Missouri hotels on our trip and all of them had their amenities available to guests. The valet was very inconvenient. We had to get our own luggage cart and load things ourselves, then take it to our room. We had to take a separate elevator down to the parking garage and wait for our car there when we were ready to leave. It was all very unwelcoming and not customer service oriented.

The accommodations were outstanding. Enjoy Ruth Chris steak House. It was great having Starbucks on the property as well. This was my first time staying at this hotel next to the Arch. I didn’t know there was so much history around that area.

It was a great room! Only issue was we weren’t able to get glasses in the room. Glass or plastic weren’t available. Glass is easy to wash or sterilize and plastic can be thrown away 🙄
