We were not aware there was a $12 per night parking fee that we had to pay. We were told to go out and do it ourselves using a QR code which then proceeded to charge us $24. We had to then go explain that to the front desk and they nicely refunded us half of that money. This is something that should be shared ahead of time and warn people about!. Also, there was a problem getting into our room after we went to breakfast, which was very nice by the way. We had to go back to the Front Desk multiple times during our very short day to fix things. The hotel is on the rundown side, but the staff are very very nice. I personally would not go back there again. The extra fees for parking are ridiculous! That should be removed. They do provide a free, happy hour and free breakfast which are both very nice again, the people who work there were nice and helpful, but there were many many problems with the hotel.

We loved the room our kids had a room and we did . As always the breakfast was great . One morning they were very busy and they did run out of plates and silverware and we had to stand around and wait till they brought out more

Hotel is very clean. Breakfast is an added value with freshly made to order omelets. The rooms are very clean and well-kept. We rested very well. Very safe area and close to dining and shopping.

Always love staying here. Close to the subway. Restaurants we like to eat at. Problem was breakfast didn’t have but only one juice and no yogurt. Didn’t have to pay for parking in the past. They nail you for 12/ night.

AWESOME complementary breakfast buffet!

Other than the fact that this facility is a little dated, including quite broken shower head that water hardly came out, the hotel provided decent services at lobby, crib delivery, plumbing repair (even though it was for a different guest room that wrongly knocked on our room multiple times...lol), and did I mention the AWESOME complementary breakfast buffet?

We were originally checked into a room that wasn't cleaned. This hasnt happened to me in over 10 years. >ts always a little startling , but they made it right Got all checked into a cleaned, larger suite with no issues. We're grateful.
