Cara pelo serviço oferecido.

A hospedagem nao é ruim, porém nao vale o que cobra. O preço de quase 250 reais a diária é totalmente injusto com o cliente. Começando pela limpeza, deixamos uma toalha no chão para trocar e quando chegamos percebemos que a mesma toalha estava no banheiro para ser usada, e sequer trocam as toalhas todos os dias. O café da manha é ruim pelo preço que cobram não tem 5 opções de comida e tres de frutas, deixa muito a desejar. Sequer havia uma frigideira para preparar um omelete e isso perdurou por 5 dias. A hospedagem não é ruim, porém o preço está em desacordo com o que oferece.

A equipe é 100% de muita atenção, mas ficou a desejar na limpeza, por exemplo os copos para tomar suco todos estavam sujos, no quarto e banheiro as lâmpadas queimadas, fronhas dos travesseiros estava manchada, falta suporte para shampoo e sabonete e o estacionamento não comporta a lotação total faltando vaga. A pousada fica em uma ótima localização bem próxima ao centro de Canela e o lugar é bem tranquilo.

Tive um contratempo na chegada, a hotels.com não informou o pagamento à pousada. Falta copo e uma poltrona/cadeira no quarto. O sistema do café da manhã buffet é muito ruim, até as frutas vc tem que solicitar as funcionárias, isso torna demorado com mais pessoas hospedadas.

Excelente localização próximo ao centro, lugar calmo e tranquilo. Fomos muito bem recebidos e atendidos por todos, o café da manhã muito bom com muitas variedades, a Sra. que fica na cozinha, um amor de pessoa. Em geral a estadia foi perfeita, única coisa foi que na cama havia um lençol manchado de sangue, bem manchado por toda cama, mas não teve problema, tiramos pro lado e usamos o outro, não achei necessário reclamar pois iriamos ficar poucos dias e isso é uma coisa pequena ao lado das demais coisas boas que a pousada tinha! Obrigada aos donos e funcionários pela ótima recepção. Voltaremos!

Agradeço o ótimo atendimento das pessoas da Pousada Flor de Canela. Poderia ter maior cuidado com a limpeza (lençol e fronhas sujos), solicitei a troca e imediatamente a recepcionista (muito educada) trocou. Valor da diária de R$ 96,00 por casal, achei acessível. O café e o estacionamento inclusos no valor da diária. Sugiro que o café melhore, infelizmente os pães do dia 13/09/19, estavam "dormidos", mas tinham frutas e suco. Agradeço a atenção !!
