The only complaint I had was the front desk. Young Korean female clerk had an attitude like she didn’t want to deal with customers anymore. First she said they don’t accept walk-ins, then after I booked through expedia she didn’t even seemed to care to call me back to look up my reservation. When I came up to the front desk again, she frowned.

The room being a foreigner was on the end at the lowest floor so noisy The veranda think was never cleaned since the hotel opened , i asked to move rooms reception un helpfull , the location not good

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and it was really lovely. The location was really good and we had a beautiful ocean view. The hotel was nice and clean. There were nice restaurants and cafes in the area. The parking was a little strange, there was parking both beside the hotel and an underground lot. And one night we were told to park in a nearby church parking lot due to the others being full. But there were always parking attendants to help direct you. My only complaint is that I wish there was a small table and chairs on the balcony so that we could sit out and enjoy the view and ocean air.

The stay was amazing! The hotel is nice and clean. It’s ideal for any type of travel whether your solo, with your significant other and or your family. I would recommend it to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay! It was very clean, the view was amazing, and the pool was perfect! The CU hours were not very convenient.

Everything was great! No complaint at all.

Their service is below average. First of all, it is located in a very congested location. No nearby sightseeing places or even convenient stores. Secondly their service. It sucks! They don't even serve toothbrush, toothpaste for a room that costs 70,000KRW.

Its a new property hence everything is fresh, new design and decor etc. Room size is small but because it offers you a balcony it feels good. Note it doesnt have room service so if you need anything you need to walk down to the reception for help. Breakfast was decent considering a budget hotel. One disadvantage is that it far off from city area (40kms away) so you have very little choice to walk around the hotel for shopping or eating out. The nearest shopping center would be 10 to15 mins taxi or bus ride away. The distance from city is also an advantage as it is close to some of the UNESCO heritage sites like the rock cliff, 2 waterfalls, and other attractions.... This hote is idea for couples or groups without young children as it is peaceful scenic and new property
