Loved being on the 27th floor being able to see out over the river and William Jolly Bridge.
The check in process was trouble free and we were able to store our bags until check in at 2pm.
The photos in description are deceiving, the unit was smaller than we though, but I guess it was not that big of an issue when we used it to shower and sleep as we were out most of the time we were there anyway.
We had to ask for milk, a couple of towels and a water jug for the fridge, it was not a problem with the housemaid to get for us.
The beds were lovely and comfortable as were the pillows to rest our weary heads.
Having said all that I would stay here again for the location, it was a short 5-10 walk to everything we were doing during our stay.
The price was great compared to other hotels we searched.
