The desk table they had there had weed residue and left over on it. The room smelled like weed. (We have nothing against that). Never was our room cleaned or trash picked up anywhere around the hotel. Very trashy, ice machines did't work or elevators

Broken. Dirty. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.

It was awful and it’s dirty. I checked at the desk, that was fine when I got to the room I did notice right away that the bathroom door was broken and there was no smoke alarm. But honestly I just needed a clean room to sleep in and shower. Got to the room late at night so I just went to sleep. When I went to shower in the morning is when I noticed everything wrong with the room. There was blood on the bathroom curtain , the trash can was dirty, the floor was dirty. My feet turn black just from walking around in the morning with no shoes on. Once I noticed how dirty it was I went to the office to complain and the front desk said there was nothing they could do about it until a manger got there this was around 8AM. I checked in at 12:30AM. I was told the manger was going to be in at 10:30 but he wasn’t , I went back at 10:45 (I left right after to get breakfast somewhere else) he wasn’t there and I told them to give me a call and they didn’t. I finally called back at 3:30PM once I was done doing what I did for the day. He basically said I shouldn’t expect much because of the rates. I’ve been to PLENTY of cheap motels and fancy hotels and I don’t care about the small stuff but being clean is another story. I expect clean even if it cost 5$ because that’s a hazard for it not to be. I asked if I could get a refund or even partial refund because I did stay. He said no. And he’d give me a discount the next time I visit…. Why would I ever come back?

This is the blood on the curtain that, they “dont have to change” because it’s a “stain” and if it was blood over the counter cleaners would have taken it away

The guy who checked me in was very helpful in getting my reservation changed through hotels.com as I made a mistake when reserving online. However I had reservations about staying at this hotel when I pulled into the parking lot. It didn’t feel safe. But I had not gotten the cancellation protection so didn’t want to loose my money. The first room was on the back side. It was a King bed and I reserved 2 queen. So go back and ask for a different room on the front side. No problems there. We choose a hotel specifically for a pool and breakfast. The pool was green and not swimmable. We couldn’t park directly in front of our room because there was a car sitting up on boards with a tire off. The room itself looked ok but we didn’t look that close. Being a female traveler with my daughter and granddaughters I am cautious about my surroundings. I decided that I didn’t care about loosing my money and we didn’t stay here. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

This Hotel Shouldn’t Be on Hotels.com

We’ve been booking through Hotels.com for years and have never had an experience this bad. The conditions at this hotel are absolutely deplorable. It’s shocking that a property in this state is even listed on your platform. The hygiene is nonexistent—there were cockroaches everywhere, no mattress covers (just a thin sheet), dirty bathroom, filthy mirror, and stained sheets. The entire place was unacceptable and should be inspected by health authorities. Truly a terrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

Do Not Book

I should have looked into the reviews now I know next time to do so. They definitely need to update their photos the place doesn’t look nothing like the photos posted. They definitely need to invest in renovating. I understand for an early check in fee but not for this so call hotel. Our room had no refrigerator or microwave and we found a dead cockroach next to a small trash can the bathtub look dirty and rusty. My in laws first room smell liked mold, the sheets were dirty it looked like a washed blood stain and the pillows looked used like if somebody had check in there already and probably also realized it was bad. We went back to the front counter to let them know if they can change us the room the guy wanted to see himself but I took photos showed him he did change there room and the new room did have a small refrigerator and microwave but it did not work. I know if I would have complained I wouldn’t have gotten my refund back especially that we book two rooms and it was the 4th of July weekend.

Absolutely horrendous room. Extremely dirty. The tub was so dirty in fact i never showered. Roaches crawling late at night as i read. The room appeared to either not have been cleaned or was extremely poorly cleaned. Parking lot was super dirty. Trash all around. Only reason i stayed there was 1 it was late at night. 2 the hotel had a non-refund when booked. This place is literally the worst hotel ive slept in my entire life.

I’m very disappointed in my hotel

This hotel is awful. There are so many things wrong with this place. There were police on the property arresting people frequently throughout our stay, and we didn’t feel safe. The room was disgusting, unclean, and the air conditioner didn’t adequately cool the room. There what seemed to be blood and many other stains on the walls, tub and sink. The breakfast was minimal and unappealing. The picture for our room had a microwave and refrigerator, but the room had none. I would never recommend this or return. I believe I should be refunded in full for what I paid.

The picture look nothing like what the hotel looks like, the walls were written on, there were roaches in the rooms, it had a bad smell. I went to the office to see what another room looked like and it was the same. The restroom was dirty, there were no towels, and again looked nothing like what I saw in the pictures online. Very sketchy. So I told the office we were not happy, I asked for my refund and they refused to give me my money back cause I booked thru Expedia. We left, went to stay elsewhere! I called Expedia and they said they could refund me but the hotel manager refused to approve my refund, which I'm not sure why IF WE DID NOT STAY THERE!!! I spoke to one of the front desk guys and he asked if I took pictures of the room lol I explained I didn't have time I just wanted to get out of that room with how nasty it was! Do not book here!!

There was no food when me and mt kids wen tto have breakfast, i had to keep paying for stuff just to check in a couple mins early, my room smelt like pee and 2 lights didnt work n the room, i booked for this whole weekend and couldn't combine them because i did 2 separate payments, pool wasnt even working i already paid for 2 more day before u found out how crappy this place was, not im stuck with ut

Hotel review

Got there around 4:30/5pm and no one was at the front desk. Had to call a number on a sign to ask for someone to come check us in. Got to the room and immediately had a moldy smell. Sure enough the drawers had mold and some of the baseboards had mold. The closet doors had black stuff all over them and I had to wipe the doors down but still didn’t feel comfortable enough to put our clothes in there. TV was broken and one lamp had a flickering light bulb. One of the bedside tables was sticky like a drink spilled there and I had to wipe that down. We found a receipt from February so I think that shows how often the room is truly cleaned. Also our mini fridge started leaking brown stuff and my husband had to clean it up. The towels they offered had marks on them like they got rinsed instead of washed. Small bugs were dead in corners of the room. Only good thing was how big the bed was but then again, we couldn’t sleep very well cause at that point, who knows how often the sheets get changed. We didn’t even get in the pool cause it looks like no one ever uses it and the water looked foggy :/ I hate to leave a bad review but for $160 for two nights, I expected better and the pictures on their website are very deceiving. I wouldn’t recommend and hope they can at least improve on their cleanliness.

I wouldn’t even let me dog sleep there!

DISGUSTING. Was put here as a relocation due to Hotels.com messing up my original reservation. Get to the property and it’s dirty, trash everywhere. Walk in to check in and wait in line I answer a phone call only for the manager to tell me to keep my voice down! Get to the room there’s mold everywhere , roaches galore, the tub and toilet had mold and were filthy. There was poop smeared on the door! Box springs with mold and ripped. I slept in my car. OVER MY DEAD BODY WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I don’t know how they’re in business. -000000000000000000

Not what I expected

We checked in about 20 minutes early so they told us to wait while they changed out the batteries to the door lock. When we went in the first thing I ever do is pull back the comforters and sheets. On our bed there was a quarter and a pill. As if the previous tenants left it there. They did come back to change our bedding. We couldn’t cancel because all rooms in that city were booked or way overpriced.

Horrible overall

Horrible beds, super dirty everywhere we found a live roach under the linen on the bed, remote control had dry food on the buttons, 2 of the lamps disnt work, toilet was broken and missing the top on the tank, mirrors were sticky and blurry dirty, spider webs on th le corners and hair on the floor everywhere i could probably keep going.
