My arrival was one of the most difficult and disappointing experiences I have ever had in all the years I’ve stayed at Marriott hotels. The moment I checked in, the employee assisting me told me I had booked the wrong hotel. That single comment caused my sugar level to spike so badly that I now need to see a doctor, as I have not been able to stabilize it since.
I was truly frightened—after such an early flight, all I wanted was to cross the street and get some rest, not face unnecessary stress. Instead, I was left with a severe headache and a terrible feeling. Honestly, I didn’t even want to stay in that hotel anymore. If it were possible, I would absolutely demand a refund.
What I went through was no minor inconvenience; it was a cruel and careless joke at my expense. Truly unacceptable.
