the location is ok, around 15 mins by walking from "The Hotel" to Ground place. the facilities and services are all perfect. Price was 10% higher during the peak period of white monday holiday. I just don't like one thing: 50 Euro pre-authorilization by showing your credit card, it feel like no very safe as the returnning message will come late than "checkout"

我訂左3月5-8號住這在這酒店，我離開之後在信用卡的statement 裡見到他們在8號零晨突然在信用卡裡扣了我$1100多港元，我入住前已全數付清房間費用，我通過Expedia 聯絡他們問為什麼扣這筆費用，他們已讀不回，就算環境再好也不會推薦各位入住，信用卡資料要用於酒店入住登記，這樣隨便扣錢，不就跟偷竊卡資料盜用一樣？！Ridiculous!

The Hotel is always our accommodation of choice when we go to Brussels, and everything they have done since the crisis began has reinforced our choice. Convenient location on the little peripherique, close to multiple shopping and dining options. Very convenient parking, possibly on the expensive side at EUR 35, but then again parking is at a premium in brussels, bays are wide, it is secure and there is always space. The rooms themselves are well turned out and modern with wide windows, bathrooms are nice with good water pressure in the shower which can be rare these days. The measures they have taken as a result of the Covid-19 crisis are second to none: once you have checked in, your room constitutes your bubble and no staff will enter your room, extra towels and supplies are delivered at your door as soon as you request them; any of the usual sofa cushions, bed throws and magazines which would normally remain in your room and be shared by guests have been removed to minimize risks; and best of all a very decent (fresh) breakfast gets delivered at your door at 7:30 every morning from a local deli free of charge. The only slight negative may be the length of time it takes to check-in as the desk can be understaffed, but don’t let that deter you from a nice hotel experience

We are frequent guests at The Hotel, which is why we decided to stay there again as our first trip under Covid-19, and all measures taken by the hotel made us feel safe and adequately protected. Reception staff were helpful and accommodating at every stage, including when we requested additional towels etc. Hotel-supplied breakfast from a nearby deli left at our door by 7:30 was also a nice touch and a great way to start the day.

Great hotel with beautiful views and great service. Only problem is the air conditioning is not powerful enough which meant we had a bad night’s sleep. I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine but not exceptional. I was hoping to get some VIP amenities or a room upgrade but didn't.
