這是間印度企業開的酒店,離Victoria station約步行10分鐘,對面有英式小酒吧,周邊有mini小超市, 當然酒店旁有附屬好吃的印度餐廳,選擇參加當地一日遊從Victoria station 出發的旅客可考慮這家酒店. 從酒店安排車子送機需約70英鎊(福斯9人座),不會比其他運輸平台貴.

地點很讚，服務態度也很好！唯一可惜的是，每日放在床上的巧克力，有一天放的竟然包裝紙已經磨損嚴重，感覺是回收多次，讓人有些失望。

We had a great stay in the hotel. It was beautifully presented for Christmas and the staff were always very friendly. The hotel gave us a free upgrade to a suite, which made the trip extra special.

Every member of staff was very courteous. Leo on the door, Ione on reception and the manager who introduced herself and gave us her card. We really liked the complimentary valet parking as we did not want to travel by train into London. Our premium king was spacious with a super comfy bed & pillows. Lots of storage space& a great shower. Modern & refurbished. Good coffee maker. Seeing as the hotel was so quiet it would’ve special to have received a complimentary upgrade & I think, as Silver member of Hotels.com we did not receive any the benefits we should’ve done. Also, if a hotel has a higher room available then why not give the upgrade as it costs no more to do this and makes a fab treat. My husband appreciated the beautiful birthday plate in our room. The big disappointment was the breakfast- rock hard fried eggs, awful bacon, cheap orange juice. All been cooked rather a long time before it was served.

Lovely hotel, service and staff were friendly and very attentive. Was my daughter’s birthday and they made it very special with balloons and a birthday cupcake ready in the room. With also kids packs with lots of goodies for them on arrival. Family room was very new, clean and comfortable. Great location close to many site seeing attractions as well as restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing service and a wonderful stay. Chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and was treated wonderfully. They even upgraded the room to a lovely apartment!

Amazing hotel with truly exceptional customer service. Great location for exploring London. Rooms clean and COVID secure with all staff and guests wearing masks in public areas. This hotel is just fabulous.
