Our stay at the center grand was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making me feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the mattress was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast with its wide variety of fresh options. And the club food and service were fantastic The hotel's location was perfect, being within walking distance of major mall and public transport, and it was a very pleasant stay overall.

Nice hotel & facility, Nice room - a bit dated, High energy staff, Great services, Best breakfast with ocean view. Nice pool, no beach. Location kinda difficult to find with small narrow road. Would come back again!

Family hotel

This is very family hotel. We didn't know we ended up staying at the hotel on a long weekend so it was more crowded than usual. Children everywhere. Breakfast was not that great. Indoor parking was very limited. We had to park outdoor far way from the hotel. There was a shuttle service between the parking lots and the hotel.

การเตรียมความพร้อมแย่มาก มีกลุ่มบริษัทมาสัมมนา ทำให้ห้องอาหารเย็นต้องรออาหารนานมากๆๆๆๆๆๆ พนักงานน้อยเกินไป ต้องทำงานหนัก ดูเหนื่อยมาก น่าเห็นใจ พอเข้าห้องพัก เสียงดนตรีจากชั้นบนก็เสียงดังมาก จนนอนไม่ได้ เสียสุขภาพจิตมาก ตั้งใจมาพักผ่อน เห็นใจพนักงานที่ช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาแต่ยังมีความล่าช้า
