Perfect location
Close to downtown but not in the center madness area. Right on the riverwalk. Great place to stay for business, or vacation. Clean rooms with hairdryer, body wash, shampoo, soap, etc provided. Breakfast is not included, but you can pay to eat in the dining area in the morning.

Nice hotel, everything very clean, staff friendly. Good thing is half way between the Market Center and main part of River Walk

Need hospitality training
Over all we had a pleasant stay. Rooms were nice , the place was decorated very nice. Right on the riverwalk, restaurants and tourists spots are just blocks way .The only negative thing aas the staff. Front desk and restaurant staff were very cold and no that friendly. Not personable at all very straight forward. Customer service/hospitality training will benefit the staff. The housekeepers were nicer then the front end staff.

Horrible small room was advertised as having a 600 ft room. Delux room has a desk, that’s it. Asked about a fridge or microwave and they said they’d send one up..I wish I could post the pics, it was a beat up old 2ft fridge with a small microwave delivered on a dolly. The shower pressure was a trickle stayed a night and left. Never again.
