The only complaint was breakfast. We went down at 8:30 & the was nothing left. He finally brought at potatoes. I took a bite & they were literally frozen. Waited 20 mins for scrambled eggs which never came out. We were very disappointed with all of it.

Staff was very nice hotel was clean. Pictures are not totally accurate. Its a bit older. Price is a bit high. Breakfast was lacking but it was busy. Overall 4.7/5 stars

Unclean room and issues with service

This hotel was affordable and in a safe area, but we did have an issue with our room. We checked in later and noticed that the ironing board was left out and the trash wasn't empty but the bed looked clean and made up. The next morning we noticed that aside from the bed it looked like the room wasn't actually cleaned, there were dirty towels in the bathroom and the old soap still by the sink from the previous guest. We talked to the front desk in the morning before we left and when we returned around 2-2:30 is was still not cleaned, and when housekeeping finally arrived and we asked them to come back in half an hour because we needed to get ready for a rehearsal dinner, they said they were leaving at 3. I went to the desk when we were heading out and said we needed a new room if they couldn't clean it and the gal said that was incorrect and tracked down housekeeping to confirm that they would clean it ASAP. It was frustrating that we not only had to go to the desk so many times to resolve this, but that no one seemed that apologetic that we were given a dirty room in the first place.

Not Hampton quality

The room was very clean however it's old. The AC made clunking noise and toilet didn't flush properly. I texted them regarding this and never got a response. Beds were very hard. Breakfast was very good and pool and hot tub were clean.

Hampton Inn

The shower head isnt adjustable for height but is for the type of spray. So ours was fixed close to the wall, when showering your inches away from the wall, in turn, the bathtub plugger would close up due to your feet, then water fills up the tub. That's the only complaint really, on a positive note: the bathroom is super clean. And the pillows are very comfortable, it'd be nice if they would sell them to those wanting to buy. 😫👍

Typical•minimal•sad

Check-in attendant was like a prison security guard, sternly unfriendly. Never told us there was a boil order & to not drink the water. Fortunately we had brought our own. Also did not receive any compensation for the inconvenience. Place needs maintenance like crazy but unfortunately probably gets a once over to get by. Seating in eating area should be replaced. Tables are nicked up. Actual items available for breakfast more than most places. Lady attendant again not friendly & was unaware she serviced area by blocking guests from getting food. No microwaves in rooms. No ramps at rear exits. Sheets were a bit itchy like they used a harsh detergent but liked the shampoo, conditioner , lotion & shower gel line provided. Only 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths & 2 hand towels. We had booked 2 nights & asked for towels to be renewed & that didn’t happen. I retrieved new towels myself at front desk. I don’t know why Hotels.com asks if there are any special requests. Ms. Unfriendly on check-in says they do not get those requests-tho it showed on my receipt. Main floor, quiet room were our requests. We got a 4th (top floor) floor room in the middle of the hallway. Had to wait constantly for the elevator. Like everywhere it seems this place needs more or better yet, better employees.

No hot water. I understand there was a power outage at the facility earlier in the day, but by 7:30pm there was still no hot water. And when I called at 4:30 the next morning to report no hot water still, the front desk clerk simply said "Huh. No one else has complained". 😡😡😡 There was zero compassion or care that a guest couldn't shower after 12 hours of driving. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! The hot tub was out of order so I couldn't soak tired bones there, either. There were black hairs all over the shower walls. GROSS!!!!!!! And the lotion dispenser was hanging on by the molly bolts stuck in the wall. Piss Poor management with Dont Give a Rip employees. Disappointed.
