This Hotel provides the most professional and friendly service I have experienced in a Hotel in a long time It is worth to mention the management quality led by Aaqib and the staff... they strive to make you feel at home Have no words to express how well I felt with all the services received...tourism attractions very knowledgeable and willingness to help in anything you may need to make your stay enjoyable When visiting Al Ula, Waad Al Ula Hotel is a must place to stay...highly recommended

Helpful staff
Like the following features of the hotel: 1. Good service. The gentleman and lady at the reception were super helpful. They attended to every of my request. 2. Quite spacious room with toiletries. 3. Free coffee service in the lobby - a delight especially in the morning. 4. Not too far from Al Ula town centre. Of course it cannot be compared to sumptuous six-star hotel (although the price may be in view of the lack of hotel room supply in Al Ula), the experience of the stay was excellent.
